More and more field hockey players go to the gym to perform optimally. Why should you go to the gym as a field hockey player?

It is highly recommended to go the gym to prepare you body for the hockey season. You don´t have to become like Arnold Schwarzenegger but a little more muscle doesn´t hurt anybody!
